SMP Negeri 48 Bandung
Semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2019 – 2020

I. Pendahuluan
Perpustakaan mempunya peran yang patut diperhitungkan dalam sebuah institusi Pendidikan. Keberadaannya menunjang kelancaran keberlangsungan proses pembelajaran. Selain sebagai sumber informasi, perpustakaan juga dapat dimaksimalkan sebagai sarana Pendidikan dan pelajaran.
Untuk memaksimalkan fungsi-fungsi tersebut, dipandang perlu membuat program kerja yang akan memandu pelaksanaan kegiatan pelayanan perpustakaan SMPN 48 Bandung di semester genap Tahun Pelajaran 2019 – 2020.


II. Dasar Hukum
a. Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional
b. Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 19 Tahun 2005 Tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan
c. Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 43 Tahun 2007 tentang Perpustakaan
d. Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Republik Indonesia Nomor 25 Tahun 2008 tentang Standar Tenaga Perpustakaan Sekolah
 
III. Tujuan Umum Perpustakaan Sekolah
Menjadikan perpustakaan sekolah sebagai pusat informasi, kegiatan belajar dan memperkaya wawasan seluruh warga sekolah serta merealisasikan tujuan dan visi-misi sekolah.
IV. Tujuan khusus Perpustakaan Sekolah
1. Menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran dengan penyediaan buku sumber belajar bagi guru dan siswa.
2. Sumber informasi tambahan bagi seluruh warga sekolah.
3. Memperluas wawasan dan pengetahuan seluruh warga sekolah.
4. Mengembangkan kemampuan mencari, mengolah dan memanfaatkan informasi seluruh warga sekolah.

V. Fungsi Perpustakaan
1. Pusat belajar mengajar, sumber informasi dan penelitian sederhana
2. Sumber rujukan (reference centre) bagi siswa, guru, tenaga bimbingan, tenaga kependidikan yang ada di sekolah
3. Sarana pendukung kegiatan pembelajaran
4. Pusat informasi kegiatan belajar mengajar

1. Siswa – Siswi SMP Negeri 48 & 65 Kota Bandung
2. Kepala Sekolah dan Guru SMP Negeri 48 & 65 Kota Bandung
3. Tenaga Kependidikan, caraka dan warga sekolah lainnya

Program Jangka Pendek

1.    Mengoptimalkan Kunjungan siswa, guru dan karyawan ke perpustakaan melalui penjadwalan kunjungan perpustakaan.
2. Pengadaan fasilitas laptop untuk literasi digital pengunjung
3.    Pengadaan Koleksi buku, Jurnal, Majalah dan multimedia yang memenuhi standar baik jumlah judul maupun jumlah copy
4.    Melakukan Stock Opname
5.    Mengembangkan minat baca Murid, Staff, dan Guru

Program Jangka Panjang

1.    Menerapkan Sistem Otomasi Perpustakaan
2.    Menerapkan E-library Learning
3.    Merealisasikan Kualitas dan Jumlah Buku minimal 2000 judul buku
4.    Pengembangan Kerjasama antar perpustakaan

B.    Sistem Pengelolaan dan Kinerja

Sistem pengelolaan perpustakaan SMPN 48 Bandung buka dilaksanakan mulai dari jam 08.00 s/d 15.00 WIB.

C.    Jam Pelayanan Perpustakaan

Siap melayani anggota perpustakaan SMPN 48  dan 65 Kota Bandung setiap hari :
Senin-Kamis : Buka Jam 08.00-15.00
Jumat : Buka Jam 08.00-11.00
Dilanjutkan Jam 13.00-15.00

D.    Bidang  dan Jenis Layanan

1.    Layanan administrasi meliputi :
- Menyusun program kerja tahunan
- Melaksanakan urusan surat menyurat pengarsipan
- Melaksanakan urusan administrasi hubungan masyarakat dan kerjasama
- Melaksanakan urusan keuangan dan penyusunan anggaran
- Mengarsipkan dokumen
- Membuat laporan

2.    Layanan Teknis
- Menyusun program kerja pelayanan teknis tahunan
- Melakukan pelaksanaan pengadaan bahan pustaka
- Melakukan inventarisasi bahan pustaka
- Melakukan klasifikasi bahan pustaka
- Melakukan katalogisasi bahan pustaka
- Melakukan pemeliharan bahan pustaka
- Menyusun laporan pelaksanaan pelayanan teknis

3.    Pelayanan Pemakai
- Menyusun program pelayanan pemakai
- Melakukan pelayanan sirkulasi
- Melakukan pelayanan referensi
- Melakukan pendidikan pemakai
- Melakukan penyebarluasan informasi perpustakaan
- Menyusun laporan pelaksanaan program kerja

1. Peminjaman dan pengembalian berbagai jenis koleksi perpustakaan
2. Kegiatan Belajar mengajar di ruang perpustakaan
3. Penyediaan terbitan berseri surat kabar/koran
